EzzUp – Returns & Refund Policy

At EzzUp, we aim to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. Since many of our items are sourced from global suppliers using dropshipping fulfillment, our return and refund policies may vary depending on the product category.


Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 3–4 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene/safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Items specifically marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Personal care items (ex: braces, wearable heat pads, health & wellness products)

  • Used or damaged products caused by customers

  • Clearance or customized products

  • Products without original packaging
